- Divided the doh into 8 portions. Cover the rest so it doesn’t dry out. Roll each one into a ball and put finger in the middle to make a hole to get bagel shape. Place each doh on the baking sheet with dust flour so it doesn’t stick..
- Cover the tray with cling film or foil and refrigerate at least 12 hours..
- Preheat the oven to 230degree C..
- Bring water to boil and add the rest of the honey (1 Tablespoon) and baking soda..
- Gentle boils the bagel for 20seconds each side.
- Carefully remove boiled bagel to drain on a wire rack..
- Grease the baking sheet and Transfer bagels onto the baking sheet. Brush them with egg wash..
- Sprinkle the topping and bake until golden brown around 15-30min.
