- Gently put the bagels in simmering water and boil for 1 minute and turn over and boil for another minute..
- Remove the bagels and let them dry and then then return to the baking sheet. Sprinkle poppy seads and sesame seeds..
- Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden brown. Place them on a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!!!.
